COVID Vaccine Passport Enforcement Now In Effect

Members, visitors, and the general public will be required to show their British Columbia COVID-19 Vaccine Passport upon entering the club starting Thursday, September 16

Following the mandates set forth by the BC Provincial Health Officer, Port Moody Branch 119 will be enforcing the requirement for all guests of the Branch to show their COVID-19 Vaccine Passport starting Thursday, September 16 (our first day open following the mandate coming into effect Monday, September 13).

Members and guests are advised that additional staff will be stationed at the Branch’s front door to facilitate the checking of Vaccine Passports. Anyone without a valid Vaccine Passport will not be permitted to enter the Branch. Per the Provincial Health Order, both the electronic/phone passport as well as the alternative paper passport will be accepted.

Between September 16 and October 23, partially vaccinated Members and guests (those individuals with only one shot of approved COVID-19 vaccine) and fully vaccinated Members and guests will be permitted to enter the Branch. From October 24 onward (while the passport mandate is in effect), only fully vaccinated individuals with a current Vaccine Passport will be permitted to enter the Branch.

During this time, all other Provincial Health Orders – including the standing mask mandate – will continue to be in effect.
